Shop Local in September

Hello, Becca here. Thought it was worth sharing that we have so many great pop ups and events coming up. As you know we love to support other small independent businesses and local makers here at Village Greens and we are super lucky to fill our weekends with a variety of products, people and personalities.

Keep an eye on out "What's On" board in the shop or have a look at social media to see what's coming up (events on Facebook) The weather won't be so kind soon so let's make the most of it whilst we can!

Here's what the September schedule has to offer............

The How Do? Hub- Community Action on Climate Change

"We want to create a place in Bury where people can get together and talk about the future they want to see. We want a place where people can share their skills, knowledge and ideas to create a strong, vibrant and climate resilient town.

We are running a series of Pop-Up stalls across Bury asking “How Do?”… we create this space, and we need your input.

We will be popping up with our stall and seed planting activities, we would love to see you and listen to your views."

"Calico Collective is centred around creating consciously crafted, small batch homeware and jewellery. Our product range currently includes a wide range of homeware pieces created using jesmonite - an eco friendly alternative to resin. This includes display trays, coasters, soap dishes, planters and more. We also create a range of unique, small batch polymer clay statement earrings as well as a selection of hand crafted lino & riso prints. Much of our collection of products is inspired by natural, earthy tones and muted pastels."

Come on down to meet maker, Sarah, aka The Gingham Flamingo. Inspired by vintage/retro prints, animals and animal prints along with anything funky.

Here to brighten up your home, clothes & accessories - her range has something for everyone & orders are welcome.
